Nonprofit Organization Graphic Designs

Tri-fold Brochure Design

Northern Virginia Resource Center (NVRC) had recently revamped their brochure with a fresh new design, and I created a trifold brochure that showcased NVRC's missions and objectives. With great attention to detail, I made sure that the overall look of the brochure aligned perfectly with NVRC's branding colors of navy blue and yellow. The new brochure not only presents a visually appealing layout but also effectively communicates the organization's goals.

Social Media Designs

As part of my responsibilities at NVRC, I was tasked with creating social media posts to ensure our platform remained engaging and connected with the community. To accomplish this, I used both Adobe Illustrator and Canva to meet the specific objectives of content in a variety of sizes and dimensions, such as Eventbrite headers, Facebook posts, Instagram posts, etc. These tools allowed me to create visually appealing and impactful posts that effectively communicated our message to our audience.

I designed NVRC business card design with a QR code that adds to your contacts automatically.

NVRC's Mousepad Design

NVRC requested a promotional mousepad featuring their logo, so I designed a graphic that aligns with NVRC’s mission. Since their logo is described as a "sunburst," I envisioned placing their logo as the sun rising over the horizon. To add a unique touch, I incorporated a cloud shaped like the sign for "I Love You" in American Sign Language (ASL), which represents deaf culture.

Annual Letter (Report) Design

Northern Virginia Resource Center (NVRC) usually take annual meeting every December, and I designed two sided legal letters for the team to print. They are used to distribute members to receive them in person to read through. While designing, I carefully added elements that is matched winter theme without using Christmas theme. I chose the typography and color tone to evoke the feelings of cozy and mature-minded. The interesting part of this project is the donation section on the last (fourth) page because I had to imagine cutting it off the paper in real life rather than in screen.
